Book online. Choose your state's telehealth visit and a time, and pay securely when you book.
Complete your secure intake. You'll get your intake and consent forms and a private video link by email, and you'll confirm where you'll be during the visit.
Meet by video. We talk through your concerns and you leave with a plan, plus prescriptions or lab orders when appropriate.
FAQ
Where do I need to be during my visit? Physically in Florida, New York, Arizona or Alaska at the time of the visit. It's about where you are, not where you live. We confirm your location at the start of each visit; if you're elsewhere, we'll reschedule.
How much does it cost? Self-pay telehealth visits are $95 for 30 minutes in Florida, New York, Arizona and Alaska. Florida patients can also book an insurance-billed telehealth visit through our healow portal. See all self-pay prices. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Can you prescribe medications? Yes, when clinically appropriate and allowed by the laws of the state you're in. Controlled substances are not prescribed by telehealth. Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose.
How do labs work? We send orders to a Quest or Labcorp location near you. Lab fees are separate from your visit. We review results with you at a follow-up or through secure messaging.
What do I need? A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a steady internet connection, and a private spot to talk.
