Good to know in Arizona

  • You must be physically in Arizona during your visit. You'll confirm your location when you book and again at the start of the visit. Traveling? Please reschedule.

  • Controlled substances (for example testosterone, phentermine, or certain sleep and anxiety medications) are not prescribed by telehealth.

  • Arizona summers are hard on hydration and blood pressure medications. Bring your home blood pressure readings to follow-up visits if you have them.

  • Not for emergencies. Call 911.

FAQ

Do you take insurance for Arizona visits? No. Arizona telehealth is self-pay at $95. You can use an HSA or FSA card, and we'll give you a receipt to submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Can you prescribe medications? Yes, when medically appropriate, sent to the Arizona pharmacy you choose. No controlled substances by telehealth.

What time zone are appointments in? The scheduler shows times in your local Arizona time. Because Arizona doesn't use daylight saving time, our hours move one hour later for you from November to mid-March.

How do I reach you between visits? Through secure messaging, answered during business hours. For anything urgent, call 911.
