Trinity Health Plus offers an optional care membership for patients who want additional access, care coordination, and ongoing wellness support beyond standard primary care visits. Membership is not required to establish or receive primary care and is separate from insurance-covered medical services.

Yes. Trinity Health Plus participates with select insurance plans for eligible primary care services. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance vary by plan and patient benefits. Some wellness, elective, and noncovered services are offered on a self-pay basis. Please contact our office if you would like us to help verify your coverage before scheduling.

The Optional Care Membership provides additional convenience, ongoing care coordination, and support between visits. Specific benefits may vary by membership option and may include services not typically covered by insurance. Membership is optional and is not required to receive primary care at Trinity Health Plus.

Yes. Trinity Health Plus provides in-person care at our Florida office and selected telehealth services for patients located in states where Dr. Turpin is licensed. Telehealth availability depends on the type of service, clinical appropriateness, and applicable state requirements.

No. Membership is optional. Patients may establish primary care, schedule eligible follow-up visits, and use selected self-pay services without enrolling in the Optional Care Membership.

Appointment availability varies by visit type and current scheduling volume. We may offer same-day or next-available appointments when scheduling permits. Discuss urgent or time-sensitive concerns with our office so we can help identify the most appropriate next step.

Yes. Medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate following an evaluation. Treatment decisions are individualized and based on medical history, current symptoms, examination findings, and, when applicable, laboratory or imaging results. Prescribing requirements may vary by medication type, visit type, and state.

Trinity Health Plus combines traditional primary care with a more individualized approach. Visits are designed to allow time for a fuller review of your medical history, symptoms, risk factors, lifestyle, and goals. Care may include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, metabolic and hormone evaluation, and, when appropriate, coordination of testing or referrals.

Yes. Dr. Turpin holds active APRN licenses in Florida, California, New York, Arizona, and Alaska. Selected telehealth services may be available to patients located in those states when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable state requirements.
