  • DPC is a membership model where you pay a monthly fee for unlimited primary care access. No insurance billing means we can spend MORE time with you, offer same-day appointments, and provide direct access between visits.

  • Yes, we are now accepting insurance for Primary Care services! > We currently accept:

    • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

    • Cigna

    For DPC & Specialty Services: While we are primarily a Direct Primary Care (DPC) and self-pay clinic for specialized wellness, we can provide you with a superbill upon request. You can submit this to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

    HSA/FSA: We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for all services.

  • Unlimited in-person and telehealth visits, direct text/call access to Dr. Turpin, same-day or next-day appointments, comprehensive care coordination, and superbills for insurance. Labs and medications are separate but we help you find affordable options.

  • Both! We have a fully equipped office in Trinity, FL and offer telehealth appointments across 5 states (FL, CA, NY, AZ, AK). Your choice based on your needs and convenience.

  • Absolutely! We offer pay-per-visit options for all services. Membership provides the best value if you need ongoing care, but single visits are always available.

  • Most patients can be seen within 2-3 business days. Same-day or next-day appointments are often available. Members get priority scheduling.

  • Yes! Dr. Turpin is a board-certified nurse practitioner with DEA authority. We prescribe medications when appropriate, including controlled substances for weight loss, ADHD, etc.

  • Time, access, and approach. You get 30-60 minute appointments (not 15), direct access to Dr. Turpin between visits (not an answering service), and a functional medicine approach that finds root causes instead of just prescribing symptom management.

  • Yes! Dr. Turpin is licensed in FL, CA, NY, AZ, and AK. We offer telehealth appointments to patients in all five states.
